Clinton Correctional Facility, a maximum-security prison, is located near the Canadian boarder and is the largest prison in the New York system. With approximately 2,900 inmates, and being one of the oldest prisons, having opened in 1845, the buildings were in dire need of new, energy efficient security windows.
