A big day today as we provisioned our new Cloud case management solution to our very first Early Adopter. A few things about this post. 1. Congratulations to a great teacher and an even nicer person. Bob Ward is quite an amazing person who can do it all. Marketing AND debugging SQL Server (and do it live in front of a studio audience!)2. This is a great example of a principle I always tell people. It is always said to change jobs every so often. If you have one you love, why? I was at 25 years before I found something that was even compostable to what I had in the past. 3. If you have met Bob, and are doing the age math…the next question is how? No way he can be 30 years + High School old… much less anything else :). 4. This reminds me that I worked with SQL Server 30 years ago too, man that is a long time. Which is why I am tired after typing this much. Time for a nap. Happy Work Anniversary!

It was a slow news week for Microsoft Cloud updates last week. Anything I missed? We only had a few items we picked out from our feeds that I thought were of interest.With Azure Migrate you can now additionally upgrade the Operating System at the same time as migrating servers to Azure.Microsoft Clipchamp is a new application in Microsoft 365 that allows you to perform video editing.Finally, there was an announcement that a new font will be the default in all Microsoft applications - Aptos, so we will say farewell to Calibri.#microsoftazure #microsoft365 #cloudmigration #aptos
