Is the Muse S Gen 2 worth it? ›

I really enjoyed this product. The band is accurate, easy to use, and links up with the app well. The app itself could be a bit more user friendly; however, it has really great features such as different courses (although you gotta pay extra for those), meditations with different sounds, etc.

The Muse S is perfect for anyone who wants to both improve their meditation practice and their sleep. The Muse 2, however, which does not offer sleep functionality, is better suited for those who only want to improve their meditation practice.
