Pay Scale: Grade G (Points 23-28). Actual salary £28,548 to £32,617 per annum

Contract: TTO plus one week (40 weeks per academic year)

Hours: 36 hours per week

We currently have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Office Manager to lead, operate, maintain and develop the administrative procedures and systems of the Academy. We are seeking an organised and proactive individual with excellent communication skills and a keen eye for detail. The role will include managing the effective running of the Reception and Student Services functions, with direct line management responsibility for this team, and so previous management experience is essential. Exceptional ICT skills (particularly Excel, Outlook and Word) are also a prerequisite, together with the possession of a systematic approach to workload management, as this is a busy and varied role.

We are looking for the person with the right skills and training will be provided.
